Had a very wet week but this fantastic cottage made up for all the bad weather. We have stayed in many lovely cottages but The Lodge tops the lot. If definately has the WOW factor. We look forward to returning.

Had an amazing time at this stunning Lodge. So peaceful and relaxing. We didn't leave once all weekend. Already looking forward to our return visit!

WOW! What a wonderful cottage, it is beautiful and is in such a great location. Great base for exploring, the Lakes, Northumberland, The Borders and Hadrians Wall. Certainly lives up to it's well deserved 5 star rating and we would recommend it to anyone. Liz, Martin, Lauren and Sue

Stunning Lodge, we found our perfect place, fantastic location and ideal base for Lakes. Kath & Richard perfect hosts. So good will be back next year. Thanks for a great holiday. Stephen is a paraplegic and the Lodge is perfect in every way to accomodate his needs. Thanks again 5*****

We have stayed in many different cottages around the country, but this has to be one of the best. A beautiful location, so much to do and see, an extremely comfortable and well apponted cottage, very quiet, peaceful .... the children loved the sheep! We'd love to come back.
